A Journey Through Kenya’s Wild Landscapes and the Communities Who Bring Our Honey to Life

Kenya is a land of extraordinary ecological diversity — from wild northern rangelands to rugged valleys and warm, sunlit orchards.

Milele Bloom celebrates this richness through various distinct honey origins, each with its own character, flavour profile, and story. Together, they form the heart of our brand.

Our Signature Blend brings together carefully selected honeys from different regions across Kenya, each contributing its own character, aroma, and depth. Sourced from smallholder beekeepers who practice sustainable, chemical-free beekeeping, this blend celebrates the richness of Kenya’s landscapes—from dry savannahs to forested highlands.

Thoughtfully crafted for balance and consistency, the Signature Blend offers a smooth, well-rounded flavour while preserving the natural enzymes and purity of honey. Every jar reflects our commitment to quality, community impact, and honey just as nature intended.

Laikipia North — the wild, untouched frontier

Pure • Light • Floral

In the untouched wilderness of Laikipia North, bees forage across vast acacia plains, desert flowers, and indigenous shrubs.
Harvested by Maasai community, this honey is naturally organic, smooth and delicately floral — a true reflection of Kenya’s wild northern beauty.

Baringo — rugged, ancient, and powerful

Bold • Dark • Medicinal

In the dramatic landscapes of Baringo — rocky escarpments, deep valleys, and rugged forests — bees gather nectar from indigenous shrubs, acacia, and resin-rich plants.
This creates a bold, dark, antioxidant-rich honey known for its medicinal character.

Makueni — warm, fertile, and sweet

Sweet • Golden • Aromatic

From the warm, sunny hills of Makueni come orchards of mango, citrus, guava, and sprawling acacia trees.
Bees in this region produce a beautifully golden honey that is fruity, smooth, and versatile — a comforting everyday sweetness.

MERU Tharaka — rich, aromatic, and naturally complex

Bold • Floral• Aromatic

Meru County lies on the eastern and northeastern slopes of Mount Kenya, where fertile highlands transition into semi-arid lowlands. Home to various Ameru communities, the region is shaped by rolling hills, river valleys, indigenous forests, and wild vegetation fed by seasonal rains.
This natural diversity creates an ideal environment for bees, with abundant flowering trees and wild plants throughout the year.
