Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Use the form below or write to info@milelebloom.com; either way, a person on our team reads your request and answers you. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
What you can ask for
- See your data: a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and how we use it.
- Correct it: fix anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete it: remove your data, unless we must keep it by law.
- Object: ask us to stop using your data for a purpose, or at all.
- Stop emails: take you off the newsletter.
- Take it with you: your data in a common format you can use elsewhere.
How we confirm it's you
We reply to the email address you write from, and act on your request once you've answered from that address. This keeps anyone else from asking about your data. If you're asking on someone else's behalf, tell us how you're authorised to; we may ask you to show it.
How long it takes
We aim to acknowledge your request within 3 business days. If we need more time, or can't do what you ask, we'll tell you why.
